Vegetable Basket with Dip

Vegetable Basket with Dip: This is my favourite snack.You will come to know when u will try it.

Time taken: 30 mins.

Ingredients for Vegatable Basket:
Cottage cheese(paneer) 1/2 bowl
Mashed potato 1/2 bowl
Grated Cauliflower 1/2 bowl
Garlic paste of 5-6 pieces
salt to taste
chili powder to taste
Maida 1 bowl
olive oil/sesame oil(til ka tel)

Ingredients for Dip:
Garlic 7-8 pieces
Chilli flakes 1 spoon(or green chilli 2 pieces)
Tomato 2 big pieces
olive oil 2spoon
salt to taste
few coriander leaves(dhania)

Receipe for Vegetable Basket:
1) Make a mixture by putting cottage cheese, potato, cauliflower and garlic paste in a bowl. Mix well.
2) Add salt and chili powder to taste. Mix well. Keep the mixture aside.
3) Now prepare dough with maida. Add salt to taste and water.
4) Take dough in small pieces and spread each piece and fill with 1 spoon of above prepared mixture.
5) Give the shape of basket as shown in figure.
6) Keep all baskets in steam.
7) You can keep a big bowl 1/3rd filled with water on flame. keep a net to cover the bowl and keep baskets on net to be cooked. Now cover baskets on net with another bowl kept upside down.
8) You can also prepare baskets in rice cooker/ steam cooker.

Receipe for Dip:
1) Boil the tomato pieces, peel them and cut in 2 haves. keep them aside.
2) Roast garlic in a pan without oil. Now put chili flakes(or green chilli). Roast for 2 mins.
3) Grind tomato halves with roasted garlic, chilli flakes and coriander leaves.
4) Add olive oil and salt to taste.
5) Serve yummy vegetable baskets with amazing dip.

Virgin Mojito

Virgin Mojito: This is a Mexican drink and much haelthy than coke, Pepsi etc.

Time taken: 5 mins.

Ingredients :
Mint leaves 10-15
Sugar 3 spoon
Lemon juice 4 spoon
Soda 300ml
Ice cubes as required

Receipe:
1) Put mint leaves in a glass and crush them with help of crusher.
2) Add sugar and lemon juice. Mix well.
3) Add soda and ice cubes. Mix well.
4) Tasty virgin mojito is ready.

Moong Mix

Moong Mix: This snack is for the sudden guest as it takes only 5 mins to prepare.

Time Taken: 5 mins.

Ingredients:
Moong dal namkeen or chana dal namkeen
chopped onion 1/2 bowl
chopped tomato 1/2 bowl
chopped paneer 1/3 bowl
Imli sauce
salt to taste
chilli powder to taste

Receipe:
1) Take moong dal namkeen or chana dal namkeen in a bowl.
2) Add chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped paneer.
3) Add Imli sauce, salt and chilli powder. Mix well.
4) Garnish with coriander leaves.Your snack is ready to serve.

Tip: To add more taste you can add chilli flakes and oregano.

Serves: 3-4 persons

Baby Dosa with Sambhar

Baby Dosa: Its again a very healthy and tasty dish. If you are short of time then you can prepare only baby dosa and serve with sauce and its much healthy comparative to dosa you buy from market. Eat healthy live healthy.

Time: 40 mins

Ingredients for baby dosa:
Rice flour 1bowl
olive oil 1 big spoon
salt to taste
water 2 bowl

Ingredients for sambhar:
chopped gourd(ghiya) 1 bowl
chopped peas 1/2 bowl
chopped carrot 1/2 bowl
chopped potato 1/2 bowl
chopped onion 1/2 bowl
chopped cauliflower 1/2 bowl
arhar dal 1/3 bowl
chopped brinjal 1/3 bowl
sambhar masala 2 big spoon
salt to taste
rai 1 spoon
curry leaves 12- 15 piece
Imli sauce 1 big spoon
olive oil 1 spoon

Receipe for baby dosa:
1) Make a batter by mixing rice and water.
2) Add salt and mix well.
3) Now put pan on flame and put olive oil on it.
4) Spread one kadchi of batter in circular manner on pan.
5) Fry dosa from both sides till brown and serve hot with sauce or sambhar.

Receipe for sambhar:
1) Mix gourd, peas, carrot, potato, onion, cauliflower, arhar dal and brinjal in a cooker.
2) Add some water and salt to taste. Boil the mixture till 4-5 whistles in cooker.
3) Take olive oil in pan and add rai. After 2 mins add curry leaves. keep it side.
4) Add imli sauce and sambhar masala to boiled vegetables.
5) Add rai tadka. Mix well.
6) Tasty sambhar is ready to serve with healthy dosa.
