Masala Nutri

Masala Nutri: Nutri is protein rich diet and here is tasty and healthy snack of nutri that you will enjoy a lot.
Time: 15 mins

Ingredients :
Chopped onion 1 bowl
Capsicum cut lengthwise 1 bowl
Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
Nutri 1 bowl
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder to taste
olive oil 1 big spoon

Receipe:
1) Boil nutri. Drain off extra water and mash it lightly leaving small crumbs.
2) Put olive oil in a pan. Put ginger - garlic paste ñ fry till light brown.
3) Add capsicum and fry for 5 mins.
4) Add onion and fry for 5 mins.
5) Add mashed nutri and mix well.
6) Add salt and red chilli powder.Mix well.
7) keep flame on for 2 mins and enjoy tasty and healthy Snack.

Serves: 3-4 persons

Bread Pizza

Bread Pizza: A tasty and easy to make Pizza  keeping in view health of your family. It is much better and healthy comparative to Pizza Hut or Dominoz pizza.

Time Taken: 20-30 mins.

Ingredients:
Bread 7-8 slices
Sooji 1 bowl
Curd 1 bowl
Chopped carrot
Chopped capsicum
Chopped mushroom
Chopped onion
Paneer
chopped cauliflower
Salt to taste
Chilli flakes
Rai 1 spoon

Receipe:
1) Take Sooji and curd in a bowl. Mix well.
2) Add chopped carrot, chopped capsicum,  chopped mushroom, chopped onion, Paneer and chopped cauliflower.  Mix well.
3) Add salt and chilli flakes to taste. Add some water if required to make mixture easy to apply on bread piece. Mix well.
4) Spread mixture on bread with spoon and put some rai on it.
5) Apply olive oil on pan and fry bread piece from both sides.
6) Tasty and healthy pizza is ready to be eaten.

Serves: 4-5
