Boondi chat


Boondi chat: Its again a very easy, healthy and simple to make this Snack.
Time : 10 mins

Ingredients :
Boondi 1 packet
Chopped cucumber 1/2 large piece
Chopped tomato 1 piece
Lemon juice 4-5 spoon
Sugar 2 spoon
Salt to taste

Receipe:
1) Dip Boondi in like warm water for 1-2 mins. Squeeze and remove absorbed water from it. Keep it in a bowl.
2) Add chopped cucumber and tomato in it.
3) Add salt. Mix well
4) Take lemon juice in a glass and add sugar in it. Mix well till sugar get dissolve.
5) Add the lemon - sugar juice in the above mixture. Mix well.
6) Enjoy the khata Meetha Snack. It can be presented as salad .

South Tadka Bread


South Tadka Bread: This is very simple, healthy and tasty Snack.
Time: 10-15 mins.
Ingredients:
Brown Bread 4 pieces
Chopped onion  1/2 bowl
chopped tomato 1/2 bowl
rai 1/2 spoon (mustard seeds)
Curry leaves 18-20 leaves
Turmeric powder 2/3 spoon
olive oil 2 spoon
salt to taste
Red chilli powder
Chunky chat masala 1/2 spoon
Dry mango powder 1/4 spoon

Receipe:
1) Cut each bread piece into small 16 square pieces. Dip them all in water for 5 seconds. Remove absorbed water from bread pieces by pressing between your palm.
2) Keep olive oil in a pan on flame. Add Turmeric powder and rai. After 2 mins add curry leaves.
3) Add salt, chunky chat masala, dry mango powder and red chilli powder.
4) Put chopped onion. After 3-4 mins. add chopped tomato. Mix well and when tadka is prepared add bread pieces. Mix well.
5) Put the ready south tadka bread in a bowl and enjoy with ketchup sauce.
Serves: 4-5 persons

Masala Idli


Masala Idli:
Sooji or rava is helpful for diabetic and who wants to loose wight. Also it has low fat and provide great energy. Its very good for children also.
Time 15-20 mins.

Ingredients:
Idli:
sooji 1 bowl (semolina)
curd ½ bowl
salt to taste
black pepper powder ¼ spoon
Eno 1 spoon
Masala:
carrot ½ piece
capsicum ½ piece
onion 1 piece
rai ½ spoon (mustard seeds)
curry leaves 10-12
turmeric powder ½ spoon.
Olive oil 1 spoon
salt to taste
chunky chat masala ½ spoon
amchoor powder 1/3 spoon

Receipe:
Idli:
1.  Put sooji in a bowl. Add curd. Mix well.
2 .Add salt, black pepper powder. Mix well.
3. Grease plastic Idli stand katories. Put 200ml water in Idli stand bowl.
4. Add Eno to the mixture. Mix well
5. Pour 2-3 tbsp mixture into each katori.
6. Cover Idli stand. Microwave for 5 mins.
7. Cut each idli into 4 pieces and keep aside.
Masala:
1Cut onion, carrot and capsicum lengthwise.
2. Put olive oil in a pan. Put rai, curry leaves and turmeric powder.
3. Put onion. After 2 mins add carrot. After 2 mins add capsicum.
4.  Add chunky chat masala, amchoor powder and salt to taste. keep flame on for 3 mins.
5. Add prepared Idli pieces and mix well.
6.  Serve and enjoy a healthy and yummy dish.

Mushroom Tikka


Mushroom Tikka:
Mushroom alone is a full nutritional diet. Mushroom replaces the taste of salt so put little salt in receipe.
Time: 15-20 mins

Ingredients:
Mushroom 1 packet
chopped onion ½ bowl
ginger paste ½ spoon
black pepper powder ¼ spoon
olive oil 1spoon
vinegar 1spoon
salt ¼ spoon

Receipe:
  1. Boil mushroom for 2 mins. Hollow out mushroom by removing its stem.
  2. Squeeze stems and scooped mushroom to remove absorbed water in it. Chop the stems and keep in a bowl.
  3. Keep pan on flame. Put olive oil and fry chopped onion with garlic paste for 2 mins.
  4. Add chopped stems, salt, black pepper powder and vinegar. After 2 mins remove pan from flame. Keep the filling in a bowl.
  5. Fill each mushroom with the filling, forming little heap.
  6. Microwave filled mushroom for 4 mins.
  7. Serve and enjoy healthy and tasty snack.

Bread Bhalle

Bread Bhalle:
This is a very tasty and healthy Snack as the bhalle we are going to make are not fried.
It will take 30 mins to prepare.

Ingrediants:
Chana dal  1/3 bowl
Paneer   150 gs
Aloo bhujia namkeen 1/3 bowl
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder to taste
Bhuna jeera powder
Imli sauce
Hunkard dahi ( pass dahi from a net to make it plain)
Bread 1 packet
water 300ml
1 chopped onion
2- 3 dates

Receipe :
Boil chana dal in cooker with little water.
After 4 whistles in cooker, throw the extra water and keep dry dal to cool for some time.
Now mix mashed Paneer,  boiled dal and Aloo bhujia namkeen in a bowl.
Add salt and red chilli powder to taste in the mixture. Keep the mixture at side.
Take 2 slices of bread and cut them into round shape. You can use bowl for this.
Take water in a bowl and dip the round pieces of bread in it for 2 seconds. Now keep bread on your palm and press it little to remove extra water in it. Do same with another round piece of bread.
Now fill the mixture between two round pieces of bread and press between your palm so that two round pieces of bread stick to each other from sides.
One piece of Bread Bhalla is ready. Similarly  make other pieces of Bread Bhalla.
Now take a bowl in which you have to serve. Put 1 piece of Bread Bhalla in it.
Pour Hunkard dahi over it.
Add little chopped onion and Aloo bhujia namkeen in it.
Add Imli sauce and salt and red chilli powder.
Sprinkle Bhuna jeera masala on it. Finally put small cut pieces of dates.
Serve and enjoy yummy and healthy Bread Bhalle.

Serves: 5-6 persons





Namkeen Bread

Namkeen Bread:
It will take only 5 mins to prepare and serve.

Ingrediants:
2 slices of bread
Cheese
Mixed namkeen (you can mix different namkeens)
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder to taste

Receipe:
Take 2 slices of bread and apply cheese on one side of both slices.
Now put salt and red chilli powder on cheese. Spread namkeen over cheese on one slice of bread.
Now Join two slices as namkeen is sandwiched between two.
Now keep the preparation in toaster for 2 mins.
Enjoy the Namkeen bread with a cup of tea.

Serves: 1 person
